Location: MinneapolisFull/Part Time: Full TimeEmployment Condition: Unlimited Job Description: The Employee Engagement Specialist will perform most aspects of the employment cycle with the focus of professional development for staff. The individual will assist in classification, hiring procedures. Recruitment and retention efforts in consultation with professional staff within the Division of Human Resources and Workforce Equity. Administer new employee orientation to ensure compliance with mandatory requirements including supervisory and Title IX training. The individual in this position will coordinate and maintain a college-wide Employee Development and Engagement Program.
