Provides excellent customer service while providing financial aid counseling to students with regard to various types of educational funding; probation and suspension; satisfactory academic progress; SAP appeals; return to Title IV issues; completion of forms; consortium agreements; acts as a liaison for students with other internal and external offices

• Intake and process documentation, and assist students with the verification process.
• Review and upload student verification documents accurately and according to policy using OnBase.
• Financial counseling to any student taking out a loan.  
•  Conduct financial aid presentations on campus and at off-site localions including high schools.
• Provide students with special circumstance forms and counseling regarding recalculations and dependency appeals. 
• Work queries as assigned.
• Other Duties as assigned.

• Minimum requirements are an Associate's degree with One (1) year of related work experience or equivalent preferred.
•  Credential must be granted from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and customer service skills
