The Access Services and Stacks Management Specialist is a member of the Access Services department and has primary responsibility for supervising one of two main service points in the library. This role will be responsible for hiring and training the Evening Supervisors positions along with approximately 40-45 student workers and maintaining good public relations with professors, staff, students and the public. The Access Services and Stacks Management Specialist will also assess current services and identify areas for improvements by analyzing assessment data and national academic library trends, prepare items for transport to various locations, and is responsible for general stacks maintenance, appearance and inventory.  Carleton College is an AA/EE
