Job Summary: | Manages a pre-college program and plans, facilitates, and evaluates related events. Assists in development of policy and procedures, oversight of day to day operations, budget and scholarship coordination, and staff supervision for a pre-college program in support of preparing individuals to be successful in their higher education endeavors |
Responsibilities: | - 25% Oversees design, drafting, and scheduling of program specific materials and resources for an educational pre-college program
- 25% Develops, facilitates, and evaluates educational pre-college program content and materials
- 25% Manages operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and pre-college program unit objectives
- 10% Advises institutional or divisional leadership on pre-college program services and student needs
- 5% May monitor pre-college program budget
- 10% Promotes and maintains internal and external partnerships

Preferred: - Experience designing lesson plans or curriculum - Youth or adult leadership development experience - History of support of underrepresented students through programming, advising or counseling - Experience creating programs related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. - Experience support social emotional growth in High School students. |
