Major Duties: Position Summary: Advances student retention and graduation by providing student support as part of the Navigator Network. Develops, implements, and provides support to students as a part of the Navigator Network. Engages expertise with targeted student populations to encourage sense of belonging, thriving, and success. This position is responsible for providing assistance and information to individuals regarding financial aid and billing through multiple mediums: email, phone, or in person.
