- Extensive recruitment activity that requires travel across North Carolina to high schools to recruit prospective students through private visits and college fairs.
- Speaking with students, parents, and high school counselors regarding the enrollment process at UNC Charlotte either in-person or in a virtual format.
- Conducting virtual, on-campus, and off-campus information sessions.
- Communication with prospective students and parents via e-mail, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Planning and assisting with a variety of recruitment activities and office duties.
- Travel may include week-long trips with some evening and Saturday work. Some Sunday travel may be required.
-If necessary, travel may extend to Virginia and South Carolina.

Graduation from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

The preferred candidate will be a recent UNC Charlotte graduate and have a strong knowledge of University programs including student services and academics. Additionally, the preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
