Position Summary | This is a recruitment for 2 positions in Innovation and Technology. This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person department and/or division meetings. The Academic and Student Affairs Division of Innovation and Technology is seeking a creative, solutions-oriented, collaborative leader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage a wide variety of small to large and complex projects within the Portfolio Management Office to enable strategic growth of academic and student affairs technology systems that are student-centered and informed through an equity lens. The project manager collaborates with diverse stakeholders and is responsible for project planning efforts and managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedules, and scope.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field. Five (5) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field AND seven (7) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
OR nine (9) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management standards and practices (such as Project Management Institute PMBOK, IPMA, PRINCEe, Agile, etc.)
- Experience leading collaboratively to build and sustain solid relationships and mediate conflict with cross-functional managers and teams.
- Demonstrated self-awareness as a leader with a willingness to grow, openness to new ideas, accountable for one’s actions, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Effective use of project management tools, monitoring, and reporting on performance. Project management experience, knowledge of methodologies, and/or experience leading meetings.
