The primary purpose of the full time Student Affairs Assistant III - Financial Aid is to provide administrative clerical support to financial aid department at multiple campus locations of Hopkinsville Community College.

• Serve prospective and current students by answering questions, and assisting students at the front counter relating to financial aid. Assist in resolving student lower level concerns related to financial aid.
• Maintain and assist with scanning of student provided documents into OnBase and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Generate financial aid reports as needed to assist the department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Financial Aid.

• Associate degree and one year related work experience, or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills, soft-skills and communication skills
• Attention to detail and use of computer / technology
• Ability to multi-task in an open office environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work
