Reporting to the Director of Student Accounts, the Assistant Director is a professional management position which performs administrative and accounting duties. The role oversees all collections activity, due diligence, cashiering, reconciliations, technical and customer service functions. The duties include providing support and management in the selection, supervision, training and evaluation of staff and student assistants.
Accounting, Finance or related business discipline. Five years experience in Student Accounts is acceptable in lieu of a degree
Five or more years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash-handling, collections, and data entry (one year of which in a supervisory capacity)
Three years or more of functional experience with Banner AR or similar integrated module
