The PBHA Non-Profit Management Fellow position is intended for a recent graduate of Harvard College hoping to gain knowledge and experience to pursue a non-profit management career. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate should possess an understanding of the organizational structure and decision-making process at PBHA, or a willingness to learn about and demonstrate a deep interest in PBHA's history and current strategic priorities.
