What you'll do:
- Manage course delivery through administrative support tasks that include: updating the learning management system, track student work, liaise with prominent guests, coordinate audiovisual support, and organize in-class activities
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the faculty
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and other administrative tasks
- Proofread cases and papers, retrieve research resources, and submit materials for publishing and distribution on campus and globally
- Coordinate events: communicate with guests, reserve rooms, order catering, and manage all relevant logistics
- Prepare meeting documentation, manage filing systems, and maintain office inventory
- Collaborate with fellow Faculty Support Specialists on projects and departmental activities
- Move projects forward and continually look for ways to leverage faculty time
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred, but not required.
- 3+ years of administrative support or related customer service experience working in an administrative, clerical, executive support, coordination, or related professional capacity
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), or similar suites of programs such as those from Google and Apple. NOTE: As part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment that involves tasks related to the role utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, and slide shows.
