The Career and Student Experience Coach will provide student coaching and mentoring for the CASNR Career Services office and the Experiential Learning Hub. The Coach will support student development in job search and portfolio development, career goals and strategies, and networking opportunities with potential employers. The Coach will engage with partners who provide events such as career fairs and information events and partners who coordinate opportunities in experiential learning in CASNR, at UNL, and in communities. The incumbent will also engage with students, faculty, staff, and alumni across IANR, UNL, and the NU system.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience (or graduate work) in post-secondary student development and/or advising, external employer relations and/or partnership building, or related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with project or event management. Ability to work as an effective team member.
Master's degree. Demonstrated experience with career mentoring. Demonstrated experience with student coaching. Demonstrated independent work experience with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of office software including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, and student management software. Demonstrated experience with diverse and/or underrepresented groups including bilingual skills.
