Provide administrative leadership for the Law Enforcement Division and serve as the Professional Peace Officer Educational (PPOE) Coordinator. The position serves within the Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) unit of the college. Responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing policies, procedures and practices that align with college/system requirements. Specific responsibilities include responding to student issues, program review, faculty evaluations and divisional operations. The position works closely with law enforcement program faculty and the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs to fulfill a vital role in developing relationships between the community, other institutions, and local and regional law enforcement agencies. Deans of Educational Services contribute to student affairs and collaborate closely with the President's Leadership Council (PLC). PLC members are expected to communicate widely in their divisions and assigned areas and promote a culture of respect and innovation.

NOTICE: In accordance with the Minnesota State Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
