Administrative Assistant, TRIO Talent Search (part-time, 20 hrs week)
Job Summary: This position is responsible for effectively handling administrative issues in order to maximize the efficiency of the TRIO Talent Search program.Key Results/Responsibilities: Establish and maintain databases and records.Provide excellent customer service to program participants and family members, working respectfully and collaboratively with diverse individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.Prepare and maintain department correspondence.Prepare reports and documents.Maintain budget.Organize office functions including but not limited to ordering supplies, screen and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
