Administrative Support Specialist I/II, Student Services
The College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CADC) seeks applicants for Administrative Support Specialist I/II in our Student Services office. This position serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors in CADC Student Services. The CADC Student Services office is home to recruiting, career placement, the academic advising unit, communications, and IT. This position provides varied and high-level service in addition to complex administrative support, including but not limited to: aiding in prospective student visits, Camp War Eagle, registration, major changes, tracking transfer students, sending correspondence to students, and supporting major college events and projects throughout the year.

The
CADC is comprised of three schools: School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture, the McWhorter School of Building Science, and the School of Industrial Graphic Design. These academic units offer undergraduate and graduate degree programs that are consistently recognized nationally and internationally for their academic excellence and innovations in the fields of design, construction, and related education.
