RepresentativeDescription - Responsible for providing support in all aspects of extended campus administration including, but not limited to, student information, CRM input, regulatory tasks, registrations, and other processes that may be campus-specific.
- Answers telephone, schedules appointments, greets and directs visitors/students.
- Assists staff, students, faculty, and the public by responding to inquiries, requests for information, and complaints.
- Analyzes and solves technical and/or systematic problems to ensure individual needs are met.
- Creates and maintains electronic and paper files
- May be asked to represent the University at a variety of information and marketing functions and events
- Provides student services to promote retention of current students and support recruitment of new students
- Participates in the coordination of campus meetings and ceremonies such as faculty meetings and graduations
- Serves as liaison and expert concierge to connect students with:
- Academic Advising
- Online Success Coaching
- Financial Aid Support
- VA/VR Certification
- Academic Resource Center
- University Library
- Bursar's Office/Billing
- University Registrar
- And other services/offices as necessary
Extended campus staff (representatives, coordinators) will be called upon to serve on a geographically distributed team to support operational processes for the extended campus administration. It is anticipated that this would take no more than 50% of the individual employee's time, and add a secondary (dotted-line) supervisory line.
In these centralized functions, employees may serve on a team providing one of the following services. This list as provided as an example of the types of centralized teams employees would serve on. This list is not exhaustive, and employees would only serve in a single functional role, they are not expected to participate in all roles:
- VA/VR certification
- Centralized course scheduling
- Student onboarding and support
- Faculty support
- Centralized call center
- Social Media support
Location: Colorado Springs Metro-COLO
Minimum Qualifications - Two years college coursework or equivalent experience
- Organizational skills, must be detail-oriented
- Computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other standard office-related programs
- Ability to process documentation (applications, forms, etc.) and establish and maintain records of such
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as well as via electronic/web meetings, as the majority of Webster colleagues are at other campus locations
- Ability to work effectively with others, and to assist staff, students, faculty, and the public cooperatively and courteously
- Previous experience working in an educational setting a plus

Special Instructions For ApplicantsWork may include some evening hours, as classes are taught from 5-9pm. Daily hours will be set in conjunction with your local leadership, full-time hours at Webster University are 37.5 hours weekly.
