The Assistant or Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions & Coordinator of International Recruitment will partner with the senior leadership team to develop a comprehensive, strategic, and forward-thinking international recruitment plan to enroll a diverse group of bright, highly engaged, creative, and intellectual undergraduate students from around the world.

The Assistant or Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions & Coordinator of International Recruitment serves as the admissions liaison to relevant campus committees and offices, such as the office of corporate and foundation relations.

The successful candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree, a valid drivers license, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Must have a commitment to strengthening inclusion, diversity, and equity at the divisional and institutional level. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Slate CRM and comfort reading, writing, and speaking in languages other than English.

Candidates possessing two to three years of progressively reasonable experience in international admissions would be considered for the Assistant role and four to six years of experience would be considered for the Senior Assistant role.
