Leads the collaborative effort of The James P. Tressel Institute for Leadership and Teamwork's faculty Guest Servant Leaders (GSLs), staff, and students; develops, implements, and supports programs and services that increase leadership and teamwork development and a sense of community. Acts as a resource for those who want to further develop their leadership and teamwork skills. Develops, implements, and supports programs and initiatives that advance students' understanding of and capacity for leadership. Manages the online tools, systems, and platforms for delivery, in addition to executing the Institute's initiatives. Collaborates with the other college units in student services, enrollment services, and non-credit to ensure an effective online campus experience is maximized.
A bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience.
A master's degree and previous experience working in an educational setting.
