The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking to fill the position of Assistant Director of Residential Life. This is a full-time professional position that shares responsibility with other full-time staff members for leadership and direction to a comprehensive student development program for on-campus apartment and five residence halls housing approximately 5,200 students.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Master's degree
- Three to five years of experience with college students or adolescents in community groups in an advisory, administrative or educational capacity.

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in a related field.

- Five to seven years of experience with college students or adolescents in community groups in an advisory, administrative or educational capacity.

- Past experience working in residential life or housing and supervising students and full-time professional staff preferred.
