Formulates policies and procedures for the function. Develops the organizational goals of the unit. Represents the program internally and externally. Manages the operating budget and human resources of the program.Responsible for the development, administration, and evaluation of holistic support services that facilitate the success of low income, first generation, underrepresented and other students who may be at higher risk of experiencing difficulty. This position provides oversight for individualized services, cohort
