The successful candidate will also use the state procurement system (EVA) to receive, open, or close incoming orders; prepare outgoing packages and deliver incoming packages to college departments while following proper college procedures; keeps inventory of items located in central receiving and ensures adequate stock is kept by placing orders in EVA when needed; procures shredding services when needed; and procures janitorial supplies.
High School diploma or equivalent;Experience in providing customer service;Experience stocking and distributing items;Excellent written and oral communication skills; andMust be able to frequently lift moderate (20-50 lbs.) to heavy (>50 lbs.) items.
