Under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director for Graduate Programs, provide varied support for program enrollment and student services for the Graduate Programs Office of the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Position requires utmost professionalism and ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload. This position will support both admissions and student services. For admissions and recruitment, actively manage the outreach process to all inquiries for graduate programs, for student services assist advisors with registration process, Canvas platform updates, course flyer edits, Qualtrics survey management, and event logistics such as room reservations, catering, and set-up/breakdown. This position includes managing projects such as data collection, scholarship tracking, and the Graduate Paul College social media accounts. Must be able to work collaboratively with academic departments and other administrative units within the Paul College and across campus.

Combination of higher education and related experience equal to seven years. Bachelor’s degree and three years, Associate’s and five years, or High school graduation and seven years of related experience involving duties of increasing responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgement. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, database management skills, ability to learn other software packages as needed.Strong written and oral persuasive communication skills.Experience in marketing, writing, and communications as specified by department.Extremely strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and members of the general public.
