Columbia Basin College ("CBC" or the "College") seeks a Completion Coach/Head Esports Coach to assist in the delivery of comprehensive specialized services to enhance the retention and completion results of students at Columbia Basin College. The Completion Coach will employ proactive interventions for at-risk students, academic progress monitoring, general systems navigation, educational planning and provide academic advising during peak registration periods to support retention, persistence and completion.
