Associate Dean for Student Affairs - School of Medicine
The Associate Dean for Students Affairs (ADSA) is an integral member of the senior management team and provides strategic oversight and central support for the University of Washington School of Medicine's (UWSOM) undergraduate medical education program. The ADSA leads the efforts to provide innovative and comprehensive medical student support for the UWSOM across the 5 state WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho) region.UWSOM partners with five universities and multiple healthcare organizations to administer the medical education program to over 1,100 medical students.The Student Affairs Office includes 25 staff who report to 3 assistant deans.
