Position Overview
Are you ready to apply your expertise in strategic enrollment management to engage and support students passionate about integrative health and wellness? Looking to work with a committed and high-energy team of online admissions and student services professionals?
ACHS is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Director of Enrollment Management to develop and execute strategic enrollment management for new and continuing students in the institution’s accredited, online integrative health and wellness programs. This position collaborates with the ACHS Marketing Team, Program Deans, and departments across the institution to promote the benefits and opportunities from studying at ACHS.

The Work You’ll Do in this Role

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan.

Ensure achievement of new student enrollment and returning student registration goals.

Develop quarterly recruitment and persistence communication plans, in collaboration with the Marketing Team.

Collect, analyze, and employ a data-informed, student-centric approach to enrollment and persistence management.

Train, supervise, and support the Admissions team.

Provide leadership and collaboration with the Student Success team to create a unified student experience from enrollment to graduation through communications.

Ensure compliance with all applicable accreditation standards, laws and regulations, and ACHS’s policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience You Bring to ACHS

Master's degree in higher education administration, student development, adult education, marketing and communication, and/or related field.

5-7 years of experience in online admissions and enrollment management.

Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate with leaders of other departments.

Demonstrated experience developing and leading recruitment and admissions initiatives to ensure student access and success.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

CRM management, preferably with LeadSquared or a comparable platform.

Experience with Student Information Systems, preferably Anthology Student (formerly Campus Nexus Student and CampusVue).
This job can be completed remotely or in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.
