Carnegie Mellon University's division of Student Affairs is searching for a Program Coordinator for the Office of Community Standard and Integrity. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing essential support by managing administrative and logistical support, as well as project-based work for the Office of Community Standards and Integrity (OCSI). Daily responsibilities include administrative support; calendar management; handling phone calls and emails; making appropriate referrals; coordinating travel; preparation and/or revision of presentation materials; serving as liaison with various departments as well as external contacts; assisting with the development of departmental policies and procedures. This position coordinates the organization of high level meetings, events and programming. This position regularly handles sensitive matters and requires maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion. This position will also require adaptability and openness to change as the department and organization evolve.
Core responsibilities will include:

Receipt and processing of community standards incident reports from Carnegie Mellon University Police, the Office of Title IX Initiatives, university faculty, and other internal audiences via the Maxient Conduct Manager software for all undergraduate and graduate students;

Systems consultation and provision of detailed guidance for reporting and case management for frontline community standards adjudicators including OCSI staff, Housefellows, and College Liaisons;

Provision of detailed information related to community standards processes and Maxient software to students, faculty, staff and external audiences;

Troubleshooting problems and questions concerning Maxient-related issues, work flow, and other concerns;

Development of systems and processes to integrate Maxient into daily operations to enhance system utility including evaluation and development of necessary interfaces with university audiences such as forms, letters, and reports;

Analysis of work flow and departmental trends with data driven recommendations for improved records management processes advanced to the Director;

Management of student community standards record check process for internal and external constituencies supported by Maxient;

Design and delivery of Maxient systems training and education for internal university audiences;

Work collaboratively with Maxient corporate partners including relevant technical support personnel to resolve issues, answer questions, and facilitate training and education;

Coordination of all community standards records management including reporting student status implications to internal partners, maintaining permanent records and expungement of records according to established protocols;

Coordination of all planning and logistics for Academic Review Board and University Disciplinary Committee hearing processes including communication and scheduling of board members, room reservations, material preparation, and confidential data management;

Participation on the Resolution Review Board to present Case Resolution Forms from the Administration Resolution process for review;

Manage the OCSI website and related internal and external communication including the OCSI departmental email account;

Oversee management of third party applications used by OCSI and memberships to professional organizations;

Oversight of administrative functions related to the Office of Community Standards and Integrity including office supply management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of project management and/or relevant work experience required; software and database management experience strongly preferred
