Career Center

The Vice President provides executive leadership and vision in contributing to a campus climate that promotes efficient and effective Enrollment Management functions, a comprehensive Student Development Program, academic achievement, college completion, and personal development for a diverse student body.  Works with Academic VP to establish and maintain Articulation Agreement for transfer purposes.  The Vice President is responsible for the recruitment, admissions, enrollment, retention, and completion of students; implementation of initiatives that support the college’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; reviewing all policies, administrative guidelines, rules, regulations, and procedures relating to student services, and initiating needed changes. The Vice President supervises operations of departments in the Division of Student Development & Enrollment Management including Academic Advisement, Admissions, Athletics, Campus Life, Counseling and Student Success, Accessibility Services, Financial Aid, Records & Registration, Transfer Services, and the Testing Center. 

Minimum of five (5) years of higher education experience demonstrating increasing supervisory responsibility, experience in counseling, student services, diversity, equity and inclusion, enrollment, retention, and completion, and higher education administration. 

A Master’s Degree is required, Doctorate preferred, preferably in Student Affairs Administration, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, or Psychology.
