General Summary The Program Support Supervisor for Enrollment Customer Service will manage all front-facing, customer support services for Enrollment Services ensuring students are provided with clear information and guidance on using technology, navigating policy and processes, and completing enrollment transactions. This position processes and coordinates enrollment transactions in line with policy and supervises enrollment staff ensuring work is completed accurately and timely. The Enrollment Services Department is responsible for quarterly enrollment, grading, transcripts, and graduation.
