The Student Development Specialist II, under direction, serves as the primary case manager and investigator for alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct, including sanction recommendations as appropriate.
Investigates and coordinates student conduct cases and trains/supervises student workers.
Maintains comprehensive documentation in the judicial database system.
Monitors student compliance with disciplinary sanctions.
Designs, implements, and evaluates programming and resource materials in multiple areas of student conduct.
Develops and presents relevant training programs for faculty, staff, and students.Â
Writes and designs publications and marketing materials that promote community standards, commitment to ethics, codes of conduct, and related procedures.
Manages academic misconduct cases.
Creates and maintains an assessment plan to measure student learning outcomes. Evaluates programs and makes recommendations on the student conduct process.
Serves as back up Assistant Director of the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field
One or more years of experience in student affairs work
One year of related experience in coordinating and administering disciplinary processes for student code of conduct violations in a college or university setting.
Experience developing and delivering educational programs.
Experience advising or working with student organizations.
Mediation training and/or certification.
