The Director of Access Barnard, International Student Services serves as a member of the Access Barnard leadership team and is directly responsible for oversight and leadership for programmatic efforts to support all international students at the college. Together with the Director for First Generation Initiatives and the Director for Opportunity Programs, the Director implements multi-level supportive strategies to support the college-going experience for students who identify as first-generation, lower-income, and/or international.

Required Qualification Summary:
Master's Degree in international education, higher education administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of related/applicable work experience required, preferably in higher education.
Experience with SEVIS and knowledge of VISA regulations and requirements
Must be willing to work during the summer months; some weekend and evening work will occasionally be required.
