Manage the day-to-day operations of the Student Employment and Internship Center including the employment of students on and off campus. Advise students on job-search techniques through individual and group sessions and discussions of employment options and goals. Develop on and off-campus part-time job and internship opportunities for students. Plan and develop events that focus on part-time and internship employment (part-time and internship fairs, summer employment job fair, diversity career fairs, etc.). Supervise support staff in reviewing and approving student employee new hire and reappointment requests including I-9 and federal college work-study verification.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree and
Required Experience: 2 years' career advisement, placement, and recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience with career development and financial aid support services such as federal work study programs in a college or university setting.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of employment and salary trends especially for college age students. Ability to develop instructional materials and make presentations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of MacIntosh computers and standard office software.
