The Ball State University Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (OFAS) is seeking a motivated individual to provide strategic oversight for financial aid operations. The individual will work closely with the AVP/Executive Director and the OFAS senior staff to provide project management, maintain policies and procedures, gather business requirements and make recommendations for change. The individual will work within OFAS and across the campus community to design, implement and evaluate financial aid processes utilizing Ellucian Banner and other related systems; assist in the buildout of the data warehouse and data dashboards and provide reporting for operations and strategic planning that support student success.
