Allegheny College, a small selective national liberal arts college, invites applications for the position of Director of Student Leadership and Involvement.  The position is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Associate Dean of Students for Student Life.  The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement supports the holistic development of students by providing meaningful opportunities for leadership development, social interaction, community building, and educational growth.   The Director of Student Leadership and Involvement will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive plan to incorporate meaningful campus connection and engagement through leadership opportunities, programming, and providing training for students and student organizations.
