Serving as an engaged member of the College of Business Enrollment Management team, the Recruitment Coordinator will implement the College of Business' overall recruitment strategy by providing college counseling to prospective undergraduate and graduate students and leading college outreach efforts. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for collaboratively devising a strategy for the college's outreach, connecting and collaborating with K-12 and community partners. This individual will represent the College of Business alongside central admissions oﬃce staff at high school visits, college fairs, community college visits, job fairs, and other external events. This position will meet with prospective undergraduate and graduate students on campus at daily visits, recruitment events, and College of Business events as well as over the phone, via email or other approved SMS messaging to interpret admission, ﬁnancial aid, and college and university policy to the general public. The Recruitment Coordinator may be responsible for additional projects connected to College of Business recruitment and retention efforts, to include assisting with these activities for the CoB Honors Academy. This position may require extensive travel and evening and weekend work depending upon the time of the year and recruitment funnel focus.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, retention, or customer service. Must have excellent verbal and communication skills. Public speaking/presentation skills necessary. Ability to work independently using strong organizational skills required. Must be proﬁcient with computer software to include word processing, database, and spreadsheets essential. Must have the ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds and academic abilities.
Master's degree in higher education, student affairs or related field of study preferred. Two (2) or more years of experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, retention, or customer services preferred. Campus involvement as an undergraduate helpful. Experience with admissions or recruitment preferred. Familiarity with High School and College Relations operations and procedures desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of Nebraska and its challenges amongst under-represented populations helpful.
