K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Student-Athlete Services Football and Men's Golf Post Graduate Intern, which is a temporary, full-time, benefits-eligible position for up to 24 months.
An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Assist in the day-to day operations of the Student-Athlete Enhancement Center
Mentor student-athletes, monitoring the academic progress of selected student-athletes
Supervise study table, unofficial initial eligibility evaluations of prospective student-athletes, recruiting and other projects as assigned
Assist with academically at-risk student-athletes, new student-athlete orientation and summer bridge student-athlete transition program
Participate in weekly professional development meetings

Bachelor’s degree at time of application
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Strong leadership capabilities
Working Knowledge of NCAA eligibility bylaws
Experience in collegiate student-athlete services, academic services, athletics compliance or other related relevant experience
Minimum of one year experience in student-athlete services, academic services, athletic compliance or other related relevant experience
Master’s Degree or making progress toward a Master’s Degree in education, college student development, academic advising, sport management or other related degree program
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
