Germanna is currently seeking to hire a Digital Transformation Assistant. The incumbent will support the goals and objectives of the Germanna Community Collegeâ™s Strategic Plan.
The Digital Transformation Assistant will provide high-level administrative and technical support to the Office of the Vice President for Student Services in support of digital transformation efforts. The position provides direct executive administrative support to the Vice President of Student Services and helps assure a well-organized, efficient, and effective division; serves as the major point of contact for the division related to digital transformation; acts on behalf of the Vice President, when appropriate, to resolve issues, interpret policy, and direct workflow; preserves confidentiality when working with student and employee information, records, and reports. This position also provides purchasing and procurement support.
Duties include: coordinating the operations of the Vice Presidentâ™s office such as meetings, schedules, communications, correspondence, events, calendars, minutes, and reports; coordinating and monitoring budgets and financial activity. The Digital Transformation Assistant will provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Experience providing senior or executive level management or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Associateâ™s degree from a regionally accredited college or university or the equivalent
