Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Employer Relations, the Senior Associate Director of Internship Programs manages overall strategy and day-to-day operations of all internship initiatives at Beyond Barnard (including work funded by external philanthropy, Federal Work Study, Barnard College Financial Aid, and other sources). The Senior Associate Director manages the Coordinator of the Beyond Barnard Internship Program, provides advising regarding on- and off-campus experiential education opportunities, creates programming that supports student learning objectives, and develops training that serves supervisors of student workers.

Required Qualification Summary:
B.A. required, M.A. preferred
Minimum 5 years of related/applicable work experience required, preferably in higher education, with background in academic advising, program planning, experiential education, student employment, and/or employer relations
