The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive strengths-based leadership programs for the general student population including workshops, retreats, experiential trips, and seminars, as well as consulting with individuals and groups interested in leadership education and development and advocating for leadership development at ISU. The Program Coordinator will demonstrate an openness to connect with students and campus/community partners to support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership engagement community.
1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
2. Two years of full-time advising/programming experience with students in a higher education environment. *Note: Master's degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for this work experience.
