Position DescriptionThe Learning Management System (LMS) Support Specialist will play an active role in the support and management of the KCTCS LMS, Blackboard. Works with students, faculty, and employees to provide LMS support, consultation, needs-based training, and guidance for best-practices and quality assurance. Collaborates with other members of the digital learning team. The LMS Support Specialist must be self-directed, meet deadlines, and work easily both within a team and in an independent setting.Major Responsibilities/DutiesProvides multi-tier support for all escalations received from Blackboard Student Services Helpdesk and The Technology Solutions Helpdesk.
