Associate Dean for Residence Life and Student Conduct
Wells College seeks qualified candidates for the Position of Associate Dean for Residence Life and Student Conduct.  The Associate Dean for Residence Life and Student Conduct is a central leadership position within the Student Affairs area.  Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Associate Dean is responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive residential life program grounded in student development theory that complements the academic goals of the institution and supports the growth of individual students.  The Associate Dean is an integral member of the Student Affairs division, serving as Deputy Title IX Coordinator and providing operational support for programs and services under a cross-functional team strategy.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
