Coordinator for Retention and Diversity
Position Summary The Coordinator for Retention and Diversity is responsible for developing and managing multicultural, social justice, and retention programs, initiatives, trainings, and resources for residence hall staff and the Office of Residence Life in general. The coordinator is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of the SMART Program and managing the large scale departmental diversity programs (Taste of February and Tunnel of Oppression).
