Bard College seeks a Director for their Counseling Services. This position oversees the operation of a center that includes 5 full-time counselors, a part-time psychiatrist and graduate intern(s). The Director is responsible for ensuring diverse and dynamic programming across campus, offering an array of support groups for multiple identities across the student body, and careful oversight of the clinical support offered by the counselors. The Director works closely to develop close relationships across campus in order to better support and advocate for the study body. This is a full-time, 12-month per year, exempt position.With the support of an Assistant Director, the Director will:Oversee clinical and administrative supervision of 5 counselors and graduate intern(s)
