Residential and Community Living Complex Coordinator
Under the general direction of an Assistant Director, the Complex Coordinator is responsible for the direct supervision, training and evaluation of one full-time Assistant Complex Coordinator, and up to 20 student staff positions (including Resident Assistants, Community Council Members and other student staff).
With a primary responsibility for apartment communities, the Complex Coordinator is a member of the Residential and Community Living Lead Staff team. This team is responsible for a comprehensive student life and living-learning program for the 10,000+ residents in housing. The Complex Coordinator provides leadership in the development and implementation of a residential curriculum/community development model for residents, in addition to creating and maintaining a high level of safety, security and well-being for all residents. The Complex Coordinator actively collaborates in the planning and presentation of a multi-faceted selection, training and development program for student staff. They provide direction and leadership in the 24/7 emergency response system, adjudicate student conduct cases, counsel residents and respond to issues, co-create neighborhood initiatives and programs and liaise with campus partners.
This position is a 12-month, live-in, contract position starting in early August, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of three additional 1-year terms (up to 4 total). A furnished apartment is a part of the compensation. This position will require night and weekend hours as needed.

- Master's degree or equivalent working experience in Residential Life, Housing, or Student Affairs.
- Candidates should have demonstrated effective managerial experience in residence halls, including staff supervision and training, counseling, advising, and programming for a diverse college student body.
