Student Affairs Community of Care Case Manager
The Student Affairs Resource Case Manager reports directly to the Assistant Dean of Students and works with the Community of Care (COC) team to help students overcome obstacles that stand in the way of personal and academic success at Loyola Marymount University. The Student Affairs Resource Case Manager will facilitate communication among departments, ensuring that all resources of the University are available to students in crisis. Specific responsibilities include providing oversight for cases assigned, maintaining electronic records of meetings and activities, coordinating responses, and preparing reports. Serve as a primary resource for managing student issues related to students in distress, at-risk students and students in crisis. Collect, organize and evaluate
