This position provides critical relationship and partnership building for CFA Graduate Affairs, including Online Student Services, Online Admissions and the Assistant Dean of Graduate Affairs. Key components of work include developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external constituents to provide stable infrastructure for CFA graduate education. Role has significant impact in continuity of graduate admissions, enrollment target execution, continuing student retention and instructor partnerships.
B.A./B.S. required. One to three years of experience, strong customer service skills.
