Associate Director, Leadership Development Program and Events
The Leadership Development Office (LDO) for MBA Programs oversees a portfolio of in person and virtual developmental programs at the Booth School of Business. This includes an experiential class (LEAD) required of all MBA students. Other program offerings for the LDO include experiential workshops, managing several student leadership roles, a Leadership Practicum class, and coaching—all for full-time, evening, and weekend MBA students. The Associate Director is mainly responsible for implementation of LDO programs and events including marketing the events, managing participation, and tracking engagement.
