This position is a Registrar's Office Professional. The primary functions of this position are to greet students as they enter the office, provide walk-in service, process and maintain student educational records, in all mediums; to provide students, faculty, staff, administrators and others authorized, per FERPA guidelines, with accurate and timely information.
Key daily duties include:
Assisting students, faculty and staff with course registration activities
Processing incoming transcripts
Processing address updates
Maintaining staff calendars
Checking in students to meet with office staff
Entering data into the student information system
Other duties as assigned
This position will be an integral part of the Pioneer Connect Center and will be cross trained in multiple functions of several SES Offices. A broad understanding of FERPA, Solomon and other state and institutional policies governing access and release of student records is necessary. This position includes evening and occasional weekend hours.
Associate Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Proficiency in the use of technology.
Solution orientated; with strong problem solving and time management skills.

Demonstrated speed and accuracy for data processing.
