Advertised Job Summary:
The Office Administrator reports to the Directors of the College of Arts and Sciences Program in Global Studies and the Walker Institute of International and Area Studies. This position is responsible for the oversight of all operational and administrative activities of the units to include, but not limited to, human resource actions, budget and expense management, class scheduling, grant activities and submission, strategic planning, and initiatives. This position also serves as liaison and point of contact for student services units such as Financial Aid and the Bursar's Office as well as key program constituents. This position supervises office staff and graduate assistants.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
