The Division of Enrollment & Student Engagement at Keene State College invites applications for the Dean of Students to provide leadership and oversight for student-facing processes, policies, and functions related to student care, advocacy, case management, and community standards. The Dean supports the growth and development of all students by providing administration and high-level oversight for a comprehensive student conduct process, leading the CARES early intervention program, supporting faculty and staff in addressing student challenges and concerns both inside and out of the classroom, navigating and directing student crisis management and behavioral threat assessment, and working effectively and compassionately to assist students. The Dean will treat every student with care, compassion, dignity and respect, and leverage every situation and interaction as an opportunity for their growth and development. The work of the Dean of Students is highly collaborative in nature and requires coordination, networking, and relationship-building within the Enrollment & Student Engagement Division and more broadly across the campus, the University System of NH, and external constituents to ensure continued student success, adherence to policy and procedure, risk mitigation, and case management.
