Advertised Job Summary:
Serves as the Office Manager, providing administrative and budgetary support for two faculty-led living learning communities (LLCs). Performs professional administrative duties and managerial functions in support or successful operation of LLCs in a timely and efficient manner. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting undergraduate residents. Other key components of this position may include, but are not limited to, serving as a liaison to University departments, coordinating study abroad trips, administering student grants, purchasing for the LLCs, working with catering and campus dining, and other duties as assigned.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
